ML Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions across manufacturing and business operations. Core Responsibilities: • Build multi-agent orchestration systems for manufacturing and business process automation. • Develop enterprise LLM solutions including RAG pipelines, knowledge bases and domain-specific fine-tuning. • Build computer vision solutions for quality control, process monitoring and assembly line digitalization. • Automate Finance, HR, Compliance and Operations workflows using AI. • Establish AI governance frameworks, model evaluation processes and enterprise prompt management. • Design, deploy and maintain production-grade AI/ML solutions. Experience Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML. • 5+ years of experience with LLMs and Generative AI. • Proven experience deploying multi-agent systems. • Strong Python programming and ML framework expertise. Nice to Have: • Computer Vision, YOLO, Transformers and Multimodal LLMs. • Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 domain experience. • Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI or LangChain. • Vector databases and MLOps tools. • AI governance and functional safety standards. Additional Requirements: • Candidates must be available to work from Bangalore or Chennai. • Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice preferred. • Candidate should be willing to attend a face-to-face interview at the office, if required. • Must be willing to join as a full-time employee.
