Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on development for business applications and mobile solutions. The role involves designing, developing and delivering high-quality software, mentoring developers, driving coding best practices and supporting production applications. Key Responsibilities: • Lead technical design and development activities. • Develop mobile and full-stack applications using Android and React Native. • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, reusability and maintainability. • Mentor developers and resolve technical challenges. • Coordinate software deployment and implementation. • Support production applications and troubleshoot issues. • Collaborate with technical, business and project stakeholders. Requirements: • 8+ years of software development experience. • 4+ years of technical leadership experience. • 4+ years of Android development experience. • Strong React Native experience. • Experience with SQL/Oracle and REST APIs. • Agile/Scrum development experience. • Experience with Git and production support. Nice to Have: Transportation & logistics domain experience, C#, Xamarin, MAUI, Google Firebase, Business Analysis, Project Management or Data Analysis experience.
