Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI, RAG and productionizing advanced machine learning models. The role combines AI engineering, MLOps and technical leadership to build scalable, reliable and secure AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop and productionize ML, Generative AI and RAG solutions. • Manage the complete ML lifecycle from data preparation through deployment and monitoring. • Build and optimize MLOps pipelines. • Implement model governance, reproducibility and scalability practices. • Integrate AI solutions into production systems. • Mentor Data Scientists and ML Engineers. • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks. • Monitor model drift, bias and performance degradation. • Promote responsible AI and security-first practices. Requirements: • 7+ years of relevant experience. • Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs and RAG. • Hands-on MLOps and ML Engineering experience. • Strong Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow skills. • Experience with distributed training and cloud platforms. • Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems. Nice to Have: Experience with model governance, AI monitoring, responsible AI, cloud AI platforms and emerging Generative AI frameworks.
