Senior Full Stack Developer – L3

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive complex, high-impact modules across digital healthcare platforms. Responsibilities & Requirements: • Design, develop and maintain complex full-stack applications. • Build frontend applications using Angular/React and JavaScript/TypeScript. • Develop backend services using Java + Spring Boot or .NET Core + C# + Node.js. • Design REST APIs and microservices. • Work with PostgreSQL/SQL and perform query optimization. • Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure and AKS. • Follow secure coding and performance optimization practices. • Work with Azure DevOps/GitHub, Docker and Kubernetes. • Preferred experience with healthcare, HIS, EMR and clinical workflows. • FHIR/HL7 knowledge is preferred.
